Titre du document: Document title:The Assessment of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children : A Review of Methodologies
Description:
Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSES) is a global
phenomenon of growing proportion. It exists, with different intensity and
characteristics, in many countries and therefore is of rising

well as the lack of public debate and responses from the various Stat
es to
commercial and non-commercial sexual exploitation of children, are
some of the most serious features of this present form of abuse.

This document is part of a series of studies into recruitment practices and working conditions in the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) of children and young women in sectors vulnerable to human trafficking, and the associated and inherent sexual and labour exploitation.

This short document is an evaluation of the the good practice implemented by the Chiang Mai Coordination Center for the Protection of Children's and Women's Rights: a database that "spotlights communities, individuals and workplaces vulnerable to human trafficking, provides information on trafficking cases, stores good practices and maps partners and their programmes.

Titre du document: Document title:Child victims of trafficking
Description:
Trafficking in persons is a consequence of the social and economic realities of societies, which have changed considerably because of globalization and the free market economy. Trafficked children are also separated or unaccompanied children, separated from parents and country of origin. Trafficking in persons is not only a matter of security and crime control, but implies flagrant violations of a wide range of fundamental human and child rights. Canada has signed and/or ratified various international instruments that relate to the trafficking of persons, including children.

Titre du document: Document title:Children in street prostitution. Report from the German-Czech border
Description:

The report is the result of years of systematic observations, discussions and interviews. The author has an in-depth insight into the prostitution and drug scene along the German-Czech border through her work with the social project KARO. Her report gives, for the first time, a detailed picture of the commercial sexual exploitation of children in this region, heavily frequented by German tourists. It shows the scale of the business and the conditions in which its victims live. The conclusions are harrowing: In the German-Czech border region, a flourishing commerce in child sexual exploitation has developed.

The book itself is published in German language
