Description:
 The Agenda for action against commercial sexual exploitation of children provides a detailed framework and categories of actions to be taken by governments in partnership and other relevant actors for combating commercial sexual crimes against children. Broadly, these actions are focused on : coordination and cooperation, prevention, recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration, child participation. The Agenda for action is thus the formal and guiding structure used by governments that have adopted it and committed to work against CSEC. Ukraine has not yet developed a National Plan of Action against CSEC. But, the National Programme for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings for 2006-2016 and the National Plan of Action for the Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child for 2006-2016 included some measures addressing certain aspects of CSEC. But there is a need to set up clear coordination mechanisms among the relevant national government departments. The Inter-Agency Council on the Prevention of Trafficking should also involve NGOs and international organisations.
