Description:
 After a presentation of the current situation, and of the techniques used by the traffickers to recruit their victims via the Internet, the study analyse the legal, administrative, technical and other means of combating the recruitment of victims of trafficking in human beings. Recommandation are proposed to fight trafficking via the Internet effectively. Internet user statistics, updated on june 2007, for 52 European countries and regions, and a bibliography of sources, used for this study, are provided.
