 This contains findings, conclusions and recommendations of the team
of five experts contracted by IOM and of the two IOM representatives based on a comprehensive analysis of 380
finished criminal cases, conducted by four of the experts on the following crime categories: trafficking
in human beings, trafficking in children,
pimping , illegal crossing of state border, organization of irregular
migration, illegal taking of children out of the country and forced labour. The analysis aimed to evaluate the quality of investigations and trials of cases of trafficking and related cases
at all stages of the criminal proceedings.
