 The Romania has implemented a specific legislation on forced begging: the victims of forced begging are not punished, regardless of their age, they have same right to assistance, as other victims of trafficking. In addition, through mechanisms for the protection of children and prosecution, the Romania determines all possible situations that would involve the beggar child.
