 By implementing the measures contained in the Council of Europe Convention, states will ensure an effective national anti-trafficking policy. The setting up the office of national rapporteur or an equivalent mechanism could in this way contribute to implementing the measures contained in the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings.
