For the existing text, substitute
10. Ukraine is also a party to the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, the United Nations Convention against International Organized Crime and the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime. Ukraine did not sign or ratify the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, and the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, aiming at the abolition of death penalty (although a draft law for adherence to this Protocol is being prepared).

For the existing text, substitute
(a) Ratify the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, aiming at the abolition of death penalty;
