The goal of this process is to develop a new strategic vision for anti-trafficking work in the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) covering a five year period through a participatory and transparent consultation process that includes a clear, well defined direction and focus for trafficking work, strengthened government ownership, improved bi-lateral and multi-lateral cooperation between all trafficking stakeholders, and programming that includes more robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) indicators to understand the progress being achieved in the region's fight against human trafficking.
