 In this interim report on the application of the Council of Europe Anti-Trafficking Convention, GRETA considers that the Belgian authorities should continue to inform and raise awareness among the general public and the non-specialised departments involved in action against trafficking that may come into contact with trafficking victims as regards the scope of the definition of trafficking in human beings and in particular the difference and the links between trafficking and migrant smuggling.
