The Committee of the Parties to the
Council of Europe recommends that the Government of Finland implement
the proposals of GRETA listed in Appendix I to this report ; requests
the Government of Finland to inform the Committee of the Parties of
the measures taken to comply with this recommendation by 15 June 2017.
