 With the appearance of new technology, the nature of the production of child pornography and the number of people who have access to it, have considerably evolved. The arrival of the internet and the accrued use of computers have permitted a faster development of networks of sexual exploitation of children for commercial purposes. This new technology doesn't present itself only as an image broadcasting tool, but also as a means of recruitment of minors.
