Description:
 The purpose of the meeting was to identify where Canada and the U.S. stand in their efforts to protect children from sexual exploitation, the major obstacles they face, and where to go from here. To that end, the Consultation was organized around four sequential roundtable discussions addressing the following topics : prevention and private sector rôle ; legislation ; identification of victims; restorative services. While individual experts were invited to participate in the specific roundtable discussions, the consultation provided the opportunity for full audience participation and discussion.
