Description:
 The Guiding Principles aim to produce both short and long-term results that will, in turn, contribute to more effective cooperation between stakeholders. This can be achieved through the development and implementation of formalized cooperation agreements, such as Memorandum of Understanding between the various counter-trafficking actors with a view to effectively prevent trafficking in human beings, protect the rights of trafficked persons and prosecute the perpetrators involved.
