The two Ministry of Justice's recommendations are : legalize all prostitution, including sexual acts of any nature with different persons, having as its purpose the procurement of possessions, either for personal or non-personal use ; legalize all sexual acts between any related persons over the age of 18, as long as there is mutual consent. Practically speaking, this would mean that fathers and daughters, brothers and sisters, mothers and sons, or other family members could engage in sexual relationships and the law would no longer prohibit it. Along with the friendly Alliance for Romania's Families, it urge that prostitution and incest remain illegal in Romania. |
