 This Plan , in part, seeks to enforce Australia's anti‐trafficking laws by bringing together police, immigration and victim support services under the lead of the Attorney‐General's Department. In implementing the Action Plan, participating agencies have taken steps overseas to interrupt the flow of trafficking victims, whilst in Australia they have established processes to identify potential victims and persons engaged in trafficking; refer victims to investigating authorities; and support victims who are assisting law enforcement agencies
