 Despite the United States of America are the largest economy in the world, children in that country are worse off than their peers in less rich countries in key areas of health, education and poverty. The United States in recent years has made progress in addressing the problem of commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) through the adoption of strong laws, policies and practices. However, implementation remains insufficient.
