Description:
 From 20 to 25 May 1996, the Special Rapporteur visited Prague, Plzen, Brno, Usti nad Labem and Teplice. During the visit, she consulted both governmental and non-governmental organizations and concerned individuals on issues pertaining to her mandate. She also had the opportunity to visit some field projects assisting children in difficult situations.
