Report on the strategies to prevent the trafficking of women and children vulnerable to sexual exploitation, a motion for a resolution of the European Parliament. To be effective, the strategies of prevention must approach the triangle of the draft: offer and asks thus that traffickers. Concerning the aspect of the offer or the potential victims of the draft, precautionary measures would owe above all s' to address to the most vulnerable groups of this phenomenon while improving and by increasing their possibilities; education and employment thus while fighting against the problem of the feminization of poverty, of discrimination and inequality. About the concrete actions, it would be advisable to develop public awareness campaigns comprising a logo common to the plan of the EU to make the question easily visible, so to inform on the dangers of the draft, the ways of recruitment, the lines for help, etc |
