Description:
 Following a presentation of the child trafficking problem in Canada, the authors propose a definition of the concept of child trafficking. Then, they draw up a list of international documents and federal, provincial and territorial statutes that apply. Next they describe work done in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Last, and propose a series of recommendations and considerations that will have to be explored at a later date, including research, policies, legislation and follow-up measures.

A bibliography is included in the appendix.
