 It is a regional project on combating child trafficking for labour and sexual exploitation. The role that demand plays in human trafficking is the subject of much debate. How much do explicit or "hidden” demands for certain types of labour or services create, shape or influence the trafficking of people, especially children and women? Is it the sole cause of human trafficking ?
