 Before talking about child prostitution, it's important to clarify and explain questions as controversial as they are complex linked to the phenomenon of pedophilia. Psychiatrically speaking, pedophilia encompasses all that deals with adult-child sexual relations. It can be heterosexual, homosexual, or both, and concerns men and women of all ages. Pedophilia can co-exist with sexuality otherwise "normal" of the adult in question, or can be associated with an impotence or anatomic anomaly.
